Dear Parents

The Half Term break from the program was enjoyed and appreciated by all.  We are now well into the second half of the term.

We have received many colourful photos of our pupils wearing orange in support of today’s KidzCan Orange Day. Many will be posted on our Facebook page for those interested.  Our thanks go to all who have supported this most worthwhile cause.

During this time of our pupils’ increased exposure to and use of the Internet, it is worth parents keeping an eye on  their children’s’ usage of the Internet with regards to content and social media, as boredom and time can lead to inappropriate use.  What is always of particular concern is any messaging or use of social media that is inappropriate, hurtful or can be considered to be bullying.  Please would any instances of inappropriate use of social media or cyber bullying be reported to the class teacher, the school office or to me personally, immediately.

The school will be open tomorrow, Sunday and Monday for the return of packs containing the last two week’s completed work (weeks 5 and 6) and for the collection of next week’s packs (week 7).

Yours sincerely
