Dear Parents
The Grade 3, 4 and 5’s production of ‘The Willow Pattern’ was a spectacular end to the term.  The production was thoroughly entertaining and colourful with the maturity of the acting, singing, dancing and gymnastics amazing us all.  Our congratulations go to all the pupils and to all the parents who put so much into the costumes, décor, props and make up.  Our thanks also go to the Grade 3, 4 and 5 teachers and especially to Mrs Van Stryp.  It was a production everyone, the cast, parents and staff,will remember.

The ECD, Grade 1 and Grade 2 pupils also impressed us this week at their ‘Ball Skills Watching Days’ where they demonstrated their hitting, dribbling, catching and throwing skills to all. Our thanks go to all the parents who came to watch and support.

Next week is the final week of term.  School ends for pupils after the Final Assembly on Wednesday, which will begin at 11:15am.  All parents are invited to Final Assembly.

Inter-House Hockey and Netball matches will be held on Monday and Tuesday next week and the final sporting event of term will be the 1^st Team Hockey and Netball teams vs. parents and teachers on Wednesday.
 

Bus Service
Some seats have become available on the morning bus service from the Race Course. Parents wishing to take up the seats should contact the office.

We are considering a second morning bus from Chisipite but would need an indication of demand to ascertain viability. Parents who would like to make use of a bus service from the Chisipite area are asked to email the office on val@bishopslea.co.zw

Fundraiser
Ropafadzo Maumbe, Zoe Nyabereka, Chloe Mutandagayi and Ryanna Nota from 6H held a lucky dip, colouring competition and guess the number of sweet competition and raised $311:00 for Friend Animal Foundation.

The Senior Choir raised $82 and collected goods for Friend Animal Foundation as well.
