Dear Parents
What a wonderful end to the year this has been.

The Carol Concert on Monday evening started the Christmas Season off so wonderfully and what a pleasure it was having Chido Chigwdere, an ex pupil, singing so beautifully as our Guest Soloist.

Tuesday’s class parties were enjoyed by all and Santa’s visit to ECD, Grade 1 and Grade 2 was a most exciting treat.  All the food left over from the parties was so much that there was enough to donate to St Josephs, Harare Children’s Home and B S Leon, who, as a result, all enjoyed the eats as well.

Further to those donations, our pupils have raised over $3,500.00 this year for various charities.

Last night’s Prize Giving showcased our incredible talent and our pupils’ achievements throughout the year.  Our special thanks go to our Guest of Honour, Mrs Rebecca Ziegler Mano, for presenting the prizes and trophies and for her stimulating and inspiring address.

Final Assembly was a special end to the year. Our Grade 7’s, who have been such a special year, were all wished well and our goodbyes were said to Mrs Howes, Miss Gibson and most sadly, to Mrs Van Stryp, who is retiring and returning to South Africa after fifteen years of being our Director of Music.

It has been an emotional but rewarding end to the year.

Our ZIMSEC Grade 7 results are out and are most pleasing with 100% pass rate by units, 100% passes in Maths, English, General Paper and Agriculture and 27 of our Grade 7’s achieving a ‘1’ in Maths.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone happy and safe holiday, a Happy Christmas and an exciting and Happy New Year filled with Hope.

Infants Reading
Our grateful thanks go to the moms who helped with our group reading for Infants this term.  The children really enjoyed reading to them and displaying their ability.

Gymnastics
Congratulations go to Anike Mparuri who has travelled to Namiba to represent Zimbabwe in the Region 5 competition.  We wish her every success.

Yours sincerely
